Paul brings 23 years of hands-on automotive experience to his role as Assistant Manager at Cavalo Service Department. Previously at Mercedes-Benz Toorak, he developed strong technical foundations as a mechanic before progressing into customer-focused service and management roles. His qualifications include full mechanical trade certification and accreditation as a licensed roadworthy tester.
Known for his calm, solutions-driven approach, Paul’s passion lies in helping customers understand their vehicles and resolving problems with clarity and confidence. He values long-term trust over quick fixes, taking pride in communication that is transparent, respectful, and technically accurate.
