With more than two decades of experience across mechanical operations, parts, and workshop leadership, Tom oversees the entire Cavalo Service Department with a focus on quality, consistency, and customer trust. Previous roles at independent and OEM workshops enabled Tom to develop both technical qualifications and a deep appreciation for precision workmanship.
Tom’s approach to leadership is shaped by two core priorities: delivering industry-leading service and creating a safe, stable environment where his team can perform at their best. He believes that great results come from clear processes, genuine care, and empowering people to use their expertise confidently.

His knowledge spans mechanical systems, parts management, and workflow optimisation, giving him a holistic understanding of how a high-performing workshop should operate. Under his direction, Cavalo Service Department provides customers with something unbiased guidance, high-quality repair options, and genuine alternatives to the typical dealership experience.
For Tom, the mission is simple: set standards that last, treat every customer with honesty, and ensure the Cavalo team delivers service that is consistent, personal, and built on integrity.
