With more than 23 years of experience in the automotive industry, Ben leads Cavalo’s Parts Department with extensive knowledge of European vehicles and a passion for solving complex challenges. With previous experience at Inparts Automotive and Welsh Euro Auto Parts, Ben has built a reputation for sourcing even the most difficult components and supporting workshops with the expertise needed to keep vehicles on the road.

Specialising in European vehicles Ben combines decades of hands-on industry experience with an unwavering commitment to precision and efficiency. His approach is thorough and methodical, ensuring every detail is accounted for and every part is sourced accurately and on time. Whether tracking down rare components or coordinating parts logistics across the workshop, he believes that preparation and attention to detail are the foundations of exceptional service.

A lifelong automotive enthusiast, Ben’s passion for cars began at a young age, spending countless hours repairing and learning about vehicles. While he chose a career outside the workshop itself, working in automotive parts has allowed him to remain deeply involved in the industry he loves. His own 2006 Maserati Quattroporte reflects his appreciation for European engineering and the unique challenges that come with maintaining specialist vehicles.

For Ben, the most rewarding part of the job is solving problems that others can’t.
